If you're unsure about any of the steps, please get in touch with a professional mechanic.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003col\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the OEM spark plug cover by removing the four nuts on top of the rocker cover holding down the cover.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the OEM spark plug wire plastic cover, allowing the spark plug cover to sit flush.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRemove the two OEM studs on the top of the rocker cover (if you're using which ones, line up the plug cover; there will only be two sticking up through the holes. You should be able to use a stud extractor to remove these, but be careful as the engines are old, and some are very seized!\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePlace a spacer under each bolt hole, and line up the new flush spark plug cover. Then install the two torx bolts and tighten them, but be careful not to overtighten them as you might strip the threads.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAfter a few heat cycles, check that the bolts are still tight and that you're ready!\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThat's it; you've installed your brand new Exoracing spark plug cover.
