Returns & Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Electrical components and custom-made parts cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return: Email our customer support team at kevin@mph-automotive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide a return authorisation and details on how to send your item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the item using a tracked and insured courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
