Shipping policy
At MPH Automotive, we offer Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping as a reliable delivery option across the UK.
Delivery Timeframe
- Orders shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class typically arrive within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
- During peak periods or unforeseen postal delays, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders £30.00 and above.
- Standard Shipping: £5.99 for orders below £30.00.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 16:00 on a working day will be processed and dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tracking & Delivery
- Royal Mail 2nd Class is not a fully tracked service. While delivery confirmation may be available, real-time tracking is not provided.
- If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at kevin@mph-automotive.co.uk for assistance.
Lost or Delayed Items
- If your parcel has not arrived after 10 working days, we will investigate with Royal Mail and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
- MPH Automotive is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail strikes, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
